Well made but I personally don't find this warm enough (unless its 36 degrees at night or more). I feel chilly when i get into bed with this, due to its 'more cooling feature' rather than keeping you warm and therefore takes me much longer to get to sleep as a result. At the moment (in July in the UK which is summer and its around 13 to 24 degrees on average, sometimes hotter) I am using a teddy fleece blanket over the top of it. Even if I put my heated blanket on, which heats my back, my top half (when lying on my back) feels too cool and I struggle to drift off.
However I am not waking up hot at 3am now. So I don't know what to say. Its claims of regulating body temperature to keep you WARM when needed and COOL when you need is not correct in my book. It appears it is good at keeping you cool, so if you're a really hot sleeper then this is for you. If like me you are a cold sleeper but then 3 to 4am can wake up really hot, then I don't know what to say. I guess its the lesser of 2 evils (i.e. a duvet that keeps you snuggly warm but you wake up hot OR a duvet that you feel chilly in but when you finally get to sleep you don't wake up boiling. It appears there is NO perfect quilt. I don't know what I'll do in winter as this wont be anywhere warm enough for me - as I'm cold now, even adding their summer one to it won't be warm enough.
I will also be interested to see if my review goes up in their reviews page as I've noticed that only 5 stars are ever shown on their reviews page which almost put me off buying it (because lets face it, no company has all 5 star reviews - its an actual impossibility - especially judging by their trust pilot reviews, which are awful).
However with regards their terrible trust pilot reviews in respect to their customer service. I would advise you to IGNORE those, as I had an issue with the first quilt, and although i had to place an order for a new and send the new one back I found the customer service to be very good, And as soon as they received the returned one they actioned a refund immediately. They also refunded my postage (which living in the uk was a return address in the UK by the way) as it was faulty. So the customer service is very good.
So a good product which is bizarrely heavy by the way but i think its more suitable for hot sleepers. OR be prepared like me to use a blanket with it in summer.

I showed him the full was silk and he thanked me for buying it. I’m so impressed with this duvet and the price of this amazing quality.
