How could I become a VIP?
A member's VIP tier is based on the amount spent since the program started. We updated the loyalty program and set the starting date as Jan.1, 2024. In this case, if your total amount reaches £700 on Jul.20, 2024, you will enjoy the perks as our Super from Jul.20, 2024, and the following year till Dec.30, 2025. You will lose your tier on Jan.1 2026 if you don't spend enough money in 2025.
How can I check my tier?
Click the widget on the bottom left of the site and log into your account. Roll down to see your tier and validity.
How can I redeem rewards?
You can redeem the rewards for coupons in the widget or directly redeem them on the checkout page. Please sign in to redeem your rewards. Redeem in the widget: Redeem at checkout:
What happens if I return an item or order?
Once a return occurs, the relevant points will be disqualified, which will impact your VIP status.
How to refer to a friend?
To participate, use the referral links available on the Program page to refer eligible friends to Mommesilk.co.uk via social media. Each eligible person that you refer will receive a coupon that can be used on their first qualifying purchase on Mommesilk.co.uk. There is a limit of one (1) coupon per referred friend. In the meantime, you will be rewarded with a £20 off coupon which can be used at checkout.
